How AI works in BizBuilder

BizBuilder is an AI Copilot. The recommendations are AI-generated; your judgment is the final filter. Here's what that means in plain language.

Models

We use AI models from Anthropic (currently Claude Haiku 4.5 for routing and Claude Sonnet 4.6 for analytical readings + content drafting). If we change providers or promote a different model to handle your data, we update this page + announce material changes per Privacy Policy §13.

Logic disclosure

Our analytical readings (the Kill / Pivot / Double Down summary the Service produces from your venture data) are computed from observed signals:

  • Campaign outcomes — click counts, click-through behavior, and attributed conversions on your pixel-instrumented pages.
  • Cohort signals — anonymized cross-user patterns from other founders' ventures in the same audience / channel category (subject to the de-identification rule in Privacy §3).
  • Calibration state — what you marked as a beat, spark, or conversion for your own venture; this is the per-venture anchor that prevents cohort signals from drowning out your specific context.

The reading is decision-support, not an autonomous decision. For purposes of GDPR Article 22, EU AI Act Article 50, Australia ADM 2026, and analogous frameworks, your approval at each meaningful juncture constitutes the human review those frameworks require.

Approval

BizBuilder will never pause, kill, or scale any campaign without your confirmation. You set the budget cap. You approve each round of creative. You decide which channels to activate. You read the venture's reading and decide Kill / Pivot / Double Down. The AI does the labor; you make the calls.

Right to request human review

You may request qualified human review of any specific reading by emailing privacy@bizbuilderai.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (up to 30 days for GDPR individual requests; up to 45 days for unusually complex or voluminous requests with notice; up to 45 days for CPRA bulk requests).

Right to contest

You may contest any reading via the in-product override mechanism or by emailing privacy@bizbuilderai.com. A contested reading does not bind you to its conclusion: you can continue, pause, or cancel the venture regardless of the reading we produced.

What data we send to model providers

We send the public-page text from the URL you pasted, the proposals our system generated, and the outcomes our pixel observed. We do not send personal information about your visitors. We do not send our cohort-aggregate data to model providers. Our agreement with our AI provider, as currently in effect, prohibits training on your inputs (per Privacy §4).

What we retain

We retain your venture state + the structured outcomes for your own dashboard. We retain anonymous cohort signals (no founder identity attached) so other founders' ventures benefit from the cohort baseline. We do not sell data to third parties. Full retention periods are in Privacy §9.
