The Hard Floor · the commitments we keep

We make 9 promises about what BizBuilder will never do.They’re how we work.

BizBuilder runs real ad spend on real founders’ real money. Here is what we commit to — in plain language, in our voice, available from every page in the product.

  1. Promise 1

We talk about what BizBuilder does. We never tell you what BizBuilder will earn you.

No "make $10K/month" claims. No earnings projections. No "from $0 to unicorn" framing. Real numbers from real founders’ real ventures — surfaced honestly, with the cohort distribution, never cherry-picked.

Per FTC binding — Air AI precedent + Endorsement Guides 16 CFR Part 255 (effective July 26, 2023).

    How we enact this

We show the cohort distribution at /index, not a single winning number. The anti-pattern is pinned by our own regression tests, and our claim-authoring discipline lives in the product promise registry — every external claim cross-checks against it before we ship it.

  2. Promise 2

We show you what similar founders actually saw — not just the ones who hit big.

Cohort signals are surfaced as distributions, not as "12 founders made it." When we share a story, it is an honest read — wins, exits, kills, pivots — never edited for the marketing.

Per FTC Endorsement Guides — material connection + outcome-selection ban.

    How we enact this

The cohort presence surface renders the full distribution honestly — Kill and Pivot readings get the same airtime as Double Down. We never select a story for how well it did; that is the FTC rule, and it is also just the right thing.

  3. Promise 3

Your customer revenue is yours. We never take a cut of your sales.

No rev-share, no percentage of customer payments, no equity — ever. The Cohort tier is $79/month flat. We don’t touch your Stripe revenue, and we don’t have Stripe Connect read access on your customer payments. Your customers pay you; we don’t see those transactions.

Per fiduciary-alignment binding — we never carry a conflict of interest with your revenue.

    How we enact this

Even when you connect Stripe to BizBuilder, we read webhook events for attribution (did THIS customer come from THIS Conjunction?). We do not read your transaction list. We do not pull funds from your account. We charge you $79/month via OUR Stripe; you charge YOUR customers via YOUR Stripe. We also never mark up your ad media — every cent you are billed for ads goes straight to the ad platform, at cost.

  4. Promise 4

Your account stays in your hands. Nothing we run launches without your explicit OK.

Every campaign, every ad, every post — you approve each one. Per-Conjunction consent. Per-channel scope. Per-budget confirmation. You see the dollar amount; you press the button; the Engine launches. No silent ad spend. No surprise campaigns.

Per BizBuilder Bible Principle 4 — bounded autonomy under an economic envelope.

    How we enact this

The Scout proposes; you press the button. Every launched action shows up in your per-venture audit log with the timestamp you approved it. Pause Scout is one tap — it halts everything mid-flight.

  5. Promise 5

Your data stays in your hands. Everything you create with BizBuilder belongs to you.

Your ventures, your brand-voice corpus, your creative library, your analytics — yours. Export anytime to JSON or CSV from settings; delete the account; we honor a 30-day soft-delete in one place.

    Per GDPR Article 17 + CCPA §1798.105.

    How we enact this

What we observe with you is bounded: Stripe webhooks for attributed payments, click events on your own pages where you installed the pixel, and ad-platform metrics through the account access you grant us. No off-platform tracking. No following you around the web. Export on demand; account-close deletes per GDPR/CCPA.

  6. Promise 6

We cite the evidence behind every recommendation. We never tell you what to do without showing the reason.

Every plan step, every cohort signal, every "we’d suggest" carries its sources inline — brick + vector + cohort prior. Tap "why this" on any card and the citation trail surfaces. No silent ranking. No "the algorithm decided." The work shows itself.

Per Bible Principle 7 — one claim, two evidences.

    How we enact this

Every channel pick names the prior it leans on. Every Conjunction shows the evidence behind the score. No black-box diagnoses. Cohort priors come from the Distribution Index — see /index for the full methodology.

  7. Promise 7

You can leave at any time. The cancel button is the guarantee.

One tap. No retention guilt. No exit interview required. Your data stays exportable. The cancel button lives at /settings/billing and is one tap from any paid surface.

Per our cancellation canon — the cancel button IS our guarantee.

    How we enact this

No FOMO timers. No streak-shaming. No fake scarcity. We do not retarget you with ads after you cancel — no retargeting ads chasing you across the web. We do not send "we miss you" emails. Cancellation is one click. Exit is a button, not a maze.

  8. Promise 8

We will never operate your accounts.

Every message goes out by your hand, from your own accounts.

  9. Promise 9

We will never scrape people or resell platform data.

The engine reads what is public and shows where every statement came from.

And one promise that costs us money: when the honest answer is Kill, we say Kill. The call is never influenced by what we would earn. We would rather lose a subscription than sell you hope.

Plainly said: BizBuilder is an AI engine, built and supervised by people who sign their names under it. Every AI-written draft is labeled before you send it, and nothing goes out except by your hand.
